Daniel has been on a passionate pursuit of athleticism since he was a child. From Track and Field to Martial Arts, training has been an indispensable part of this passion. He played Division 2 Football in college and now loves dedicating his extensive knowledge to helping his clients look good and feel even better. With 11 years of personal training experience under his belt, he is able to tune into each client’s needs to help them pursue and strengthen their own relationship to fitness and reach their goals.
